LAST UPDATE: APRIL 4 2026NOTICE: The terms of service apply to the transaction between the artist(Seller) and the person or institution(Customer) purchasing a product from the Seller. By ordering from the Seller, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions(TOS).GENERAL

PAYMENT
• If you cannot comfortably afford my commissions, do not commission me. Art is not a necessity. Prioritize your real-life needs, please.•I offer two payment methods,
a) Wise(recommended), b) PayPal.a)(Low fee) WISE. I prefer to send a Wise payment request, paid via your Wise account if you have one(money is taken directly and confidentially from your linked debit card), or via the bank transfer it guides you through which you can do from your bank app’s account. Fees are not included, and I receive payment in 24-48 hours maximum. A 1-2% Wise fee is paid out of my own pocket which I’m fine with.b)(High fee, location-dependent) PAYPAL. PayPal payment is available, however ALL clients are responsible of sending me the full commission cost regardless of conversion/international transaction fees that PayPal applies. The client covers the fees fully if you do wish to pay with PayPal. I do not start the commission until the entire amount that is agreed upon enters my balance. This can be a slippery slope as international + currency conversion PayPal transactions can eat around 25% of the payment due to hidden, sometimes undisclosed fees, which you may have to pay that extra 25% so I receive full payment. (Thus, I recommend that I send the Wise invoice for the sake of both parties’ sanity…)•I unfortunately do not take Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, or any other US-exclusive payment methods as I live in Europe and sadly do not have access to them. I’d rather not take Ko-Fi for commissions due to the dual Ko-Fi and PayPal fees.• For 35€+ commissions, a non-refundable deposit (50% of the final price) is required before I start. Commissions costing 35€ and under are paid upfront.• The remaining payment for 50/50 commissions must be sent after the final preview(blurred version of the finished product).• Payment must be sent in €. I charge this currency due to living in Portugal.• I do reasonable refunds. I am the only one able to issue a refund if: I hit artblock, I’m unable to finish it for any reason, etc(extremely rare scenarios).PROCESS
• I start after receiving the deposit, or upfront payment.
• You will receive progress updates (sketch/mid-render).
• Final piece is sent blurred until full payment is completed.
• Upon receiving the full payment, I will send the full piece to you via discord/email/any other platform you request for maximum resolution.
• All my pieces are 300DPI. I typically use RGB canvases, can switch to CMYK if you wish to print the piece for personal use upon request. You would need to ask for a CMYK piece before I even create the canvas for the commission. If commercial use is included, it is mandatory to let me know.REVISIONS
• 2 minor revisions are included. Every minor one from there will be charged 2€. Limited to sketch/lineart phases.
• Major changes(pose, composition), including all changes made after the sketch/lineart phases, cost extra.USAGE
• Personal use only, unless discussed.
• You may post with credit.
• You may NOT resell, mint as NFT, train AI with, or use commercially without permission.DEADLINES
• Typical turnaround: 3–10 days.
• Priority rush orders cost extra. All other work will be pushed aside for your piece to be finished.COPYRIGHT
• I retain rights to the artwork.
• I may post the commission unless you request privacy(I will always ask first).🌶️
• You must be 18+ to order NSFW content. You will send me a picture of your government ID with all details hidden except the birthdate and your username on a small piece of paper upon ordering.HARRASSMENT
• Rude/disrespectful clients will be blocked.
• If I am contacted on a different account, you will be blacklisted.Failure to comply with my TOS will result in you being blacklisted from purchasing any commissions, adoptables, products, and being blocked from interacting with my content in the future.
